The Telerik UI for ASP.NET Core ColorPicker renders a picker (a hue and an alpha slider) and inputs to manually enter a desired color.

The Telerik UI for ASP.NET Core ColorPicker is a server-side wrapper for the Kendo UI for jQuery ColorPicker component and supports an HtmlHelper and a TagHelper mode.
