ASP.NET Core Form Responsive Form

The Telerik UI for ASP.NET Core Form supports a responsive layout by using a grid structure that adapts to different screen sizes. This allows you to build forms that automatically adjust their column arrangement based on the viewport width.

To configure a responsive layout, set the Layout option to "grid" and define breakpoints through the Cols() configuration using MaxWidth and MinWidth values. You can also use the ColSpan() setting to control how many columns each item spans at different screen sizes.

This demo demonstrates how to arrange two form groups - Personal Information and Shipping Address - side by side on large screens and stacked vertically on smaller devices. The form editors include DropDownList, ComboBox, MaskedTextBox, and DatePicker, which are configured to be adaptive and mobile-friendly.
